UPPSC stands for Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.
The full form of PCS is Provincial Civil Service (PCS).
It is the rightful authority to conduct the state services’ examination to recruit candidates for Group A and Group B services of the UP state government.

Paper 1
- General Hindi- Vilom Shabd, Muhavrein & Lokoktiyaan, Ashuddhiyaan, Anek ke ek shabd, Patra Lekhan, Taar lekhan, others.
Paper 2
Essay- Students have to write three essays in about 700 words each in this paper, choosing one topic from each of the three sections.

- Section-B: Science, Environment, and Technology/ Economic Sphere/ Agriculture, Industry, and Trade.
