Technical Assistant (Engineering)	1st Class 3-year full-time Diploma in Civil Engg./Architecture OR 1st Class B. Tech (Civil) / Bachelor in Architecture.
Technical Assistant (Audio Visual)	1st Class B.Sc. (CS/IT/Electronics), BCA, B.E./B.Tech. in related fields OR 1st Class B.Sc. + 1-year Diploma in Digital Photography/Video Editing/Sound recording.
Technician (Field)	SSC/HSC/12th in science with 60% marks and Minimum 1-year Diploma in Civil Engg./Draughtsman/Land Survey/Architecture from recognized institute.
Junior Stenographer	10+2/XII or equivalent with 80 w.p.m shorthand and 40/35 w.p.m typing speed in English/Hindi on computer.
Assistant Grade-III	10+2/XII or equivalent from a recognized board with a Typing speed of 35/30 w.p.m in English/Hindi on a computer.
Driver (Ordinary Grade)	10th Standard with a valid driving license for both light and heavy vehicles and 3 years of driving experience.
Cook	High School with a Degree/Diploma in “Cookery” from a recognized institute. Desirable: 2 years experience as a Cook/Bearer in a reputed hotel/organization.
Lab Attendant	SSC/HSC/12th in Science with 60% marks OR 10th/Matriculation with 60% marks + 2 years certificate/diploma in Library Science/Lab Technology/IT.

WII Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process will consist of:

1. Written Examination: Candidates will have to appear for a written examination based on the post applied for.
2. Skill Test/Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a skill test or interview, depending on the post.

Final Selection: Based on the performance in the written examination and interview or skill test.
