• Graduation from a recognized University/ Institute
• The candidate must fall under the age limit specified by the bank. The cut-off date for the age limit is 01 August 2024. The minimum and maximum age limits are:
• Minimum Age Limit: 20 years
  Maximum Age Limit: 28 years

Union Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• Online Test:
  • Content: The first step involves an online test that assesses candidates on general knowledge, English language, reasoning, and computer skills.
  • Duration and Marks: The test lasts 60 minutes and carries a total of 100 marks.
  • Importance: Performing well in this test is crucial for advancing to the next stage of the selection process.
• Local Language Proficiency Test:
  • Requirement: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the local language of the state they applied for.
  • Verification: This can be done by providing a mark sheet from school or by passing a language proficiency test.
• Medical Examination:
  • Purpose: The final step is a medical examination to ensure that candidates are in good health and physically fit for the apprenticeship.

Union Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Stipend

The apprentices are eligible for a stipend of Rs. 15000/- per month for the engagement period of one year. The apprentices are not
eligible for any other allowances/benefits.

• Active Email ID and Mobile Number: Ensure you have a valid email ID and mobile number that will remain active until the results are declared, as important communications will be sent via email/SMS.
• Mandatory Registrations:
  • NAPS Portal: Register on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal at https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
  • NATS Portal: If you graduated after 1st April 2020, also register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at https://nats.education.gov.in.
• Help Manuals: If you encounter registration issues, refer to the help manuals available on the respective apprenticeship portals.
• Login Credentials: Remember your login ID and passwords for both portals, as you will need to access them regularly throughout the apprenticeship program.
• Applying for Apprenticeship:
  • NAPS Portal: Search for “Union Bank of India” under “Search by Establishment Name” at this link.
  • NATS Portal: View the apprenticeship advertisement after logging in.
• Important Codes: Note down your Apprentice Registration Code (from NAPS) and Enrolment ID (from NATS) for future reference.
• Email from BFSI SSC: After applying, you will receive an email from BFSI SSC (naik.ashwini@bfsissc.com) with further instructions, including payment details for the online examination. Respond only to this email.
• Payment of Examination Fee: Pay the fee using debit/credit card, internet banking, or UPI. Transaction charges, if any, will be borne by the candidates. An e-receipt will be sent to your registered email ID upon successful payment.
• Failed Transactions: If the payment fails, follow the instructions in the email from BFSI SSC to retry the process until successful.
