• Nationality: Indian Citizen
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience at the middle/senior level in the banking sector. Candidates should possess hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
  1. Accounts, Finance, Taxation, including GST
  2. Loans & Advances (including Agriculture, Rural, and Co-operative Credit)
  3. Recovery & Collection (including legal aspects)
  4. Administration & HR
  5. Compliance, Risk Management & Inspection

Deputy General Manager (Officer Grade-C)

• Nationality: Indian Citizen
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience at the middle/senior level in the banking sector. Proficiency in PC skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Candidates must demonstrate experience in one or more of the following functions:
  1. Accounts, Finance, Taxation, including GST
  2. Loans & Advances (including Agriculture, Rural, and Co-operative Credit)
  3. Recovery & Collection (including legal aspects)
  4. Administration & HR
  5. Compliance, Risk Management & Inspection

ACAB Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their eligibility and experience.
2. Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates.
3. Final Selection: Based on performance in the interview.
