THDC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

Selection for THDC Recruitment 2024 will be based on GATE 2023 scores, followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE scores, and only shortlisted candidates will proceed to the GD and Personal Interview rounds.

The selection criteria for THDC Recruitment 2024 are as follows:

• GATE 2023 score in the corresponding paper: 85%
• Group Discussion: 7.5%
• Personal Interview: 7.5%

THDC Recruitment 2024 Salary

• Selected candidates will undergo training as Engineer Trainees in E-2 Grade.
• The minimum basic pay during the training period will be Rs. 50,000.00.
• The pay scale during training is Rs. 50,000 – 3%-1,60,000 (IDA).
• Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Managers in E-3 Grade.
• The pay scale for Assistant Managers is Rs. 60,000-3%-1,80,000 (IDA).
• During training, candidates will receive Dearness Allowance.
• Other perquisites & allowances will be provided under the cafeteria approach.
