THDC Recruitment Salary

• The organization offers a very attractive pay package and is one of the best in the Power Sector Industry.
• Selected candidates will be placed at minimum basic pay of Rs. 29,200 in the pay scale of Rs. 29,200 -3%-1,19,000 (IDA) during the period of training as Junior Engineer Trainee.
• During the training period besides Basic pay candidates will also be paid Dearness Allowance and will also be entitled to other perquisites & allowances under the cafeteria approach. Benefits such as leave, medical treatment for self only (renowned hospitals have been empaneled in Delhi, NCR, and at other places), Provident Fund, Pension, and Gratuity.
• On regularization, the Compensation package shall include Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance as per cafeteria, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation / Company Quarters or HRA,
  Reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile facility, etc. will be admissible as per company rules in force from time to time.
• The Corporation also offers excellent facilities like Short and Long term Loans & Advances including House Building Advances, Car Loan, Computer/Laptop loans, Medical facilities for self and dependents, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity
  and Pension.

• Rs. 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred Only) shall be payable by candidates belonging to General/EWS/
  OBC(NCL) category through online mode.
•  No fees for SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates.
•  Registration fees shall not be refundable in any case.

• STEP 1-Visit to www.thdc.co.in and apply through the online application portal available in “New Opening” with us. A candidate must possess a valid email ID and mobile number which shall be active throughout the process as required
  for any further notification.
• STEP 2- Read all instructions carefully and ensure your eligibility criteria before applying.
• STEP 3- Kindly note that the drop-down option for applying for the post of Junior Engineer Trainee, for the respective discipline shall be as follow
• Junior Engineer Trainee- (CIVIL ENGINEERING)

• STEP 4-Fill in the online application form with relevant details and submit. After successful submission, an application ID shall be generated by the system which shall be kept and used for further communication.
• STEP 5- Scanned copies of the following documents should be kept ready by the candidate before applying for online registration for attachment:
  a. Matriculation/secondary school certificate as proof of Date of Birth.
  b. Complete set of mark sheets/certificates of qualification.
  c. Caste Certificate in format prescribed by the Government of India. In the case of OBC candidates, the community certificate should have been issued within 6 months before the date of application.
  d. Disability certificate issued by Competent Authority (if applicable)
• STEP 6- Upload the latest photograph and signature as per the instructions given in the online application portal.
• STEP 7- Take out the print of the registration form generated by the system in duplicate with the Unique Application ID for future reference.
