TCS BPS Hiring 2024 Test Eligibility

• Eligible Candidates: Full-time graduates from B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, BSc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology) from the 2024 graduating batch.
• Backlogs: Candidates should not have any backlogs at the time of the TCS Selection process. The course must be completed within the stipulated duration.
• Gaps in Education: Any gaps in education must be declared in the TCS Application Form. The overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant document proof must be provided.
• Extended Education: The course must be cleared and completed within the stipulated time duration without any backlogs to be eligible for joining TCS if selected.
• Course Types: Only Full-Time courses will be considered. Part-time or Correspondence courses are not eligible unless the Secondary and/or Senior Secondary courses are from NIOS and the other courses are full-time.
• Comfort with Work Environment: Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24 x 7 work environment with rotational night shifts depending on project requirements.
• Experience: While the role is for entry-level positions, any prior work experience must be declared in the TCS Application form. Relevant documents supporting this experience must be submitted during the TCS selection process.

TCS BPS Hiring 2024 Age Limit

Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not more than 28 years old to be eligible for these positions.

TCS BPS Hiring 2024 Important Note

• In-Centre Test: The test will be conducted in designated test centers.
• Seat Allotment: Seats in the respective centers will be allocated on a ‘First-Come-First-Serve’ basis. It’s crucial to register and apply early to secure your preferred test center. Once seats are filled, the selection of the preferred city will be restricted.
• Original Documents: Candidates must have all original academic documents (Marksheets, Degree Certificate, Internship Letter, Work Experience Letter if applicable) during the selection process.
• Communication: Test-related communication will be shared by ‘TCS iON – Our Test Provider’.
• Authorized Email IDs: TCS does not send job offers or any hiring-related communication from unauthorized email IDs like Gmail, Rediff mail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, etc.
• No Payment Requests: TCS does not ask candidates to deposit any money for the recruitment process or job offers.
• External Agencies: TCS is not associated with any external agency or company to conduct interviews or make employment offers on its behalf.

The test will have 50 questions that have to be answered in 50 minutes.

TCS BPS Hiring 2024 – Application Process

To apply for TCS BPS Hiring, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log on to the TCS Next Step Portal here

Step 2: Verification/Personal Details

• Update your Aadhar Number, Name as per Aadhar Card, and Date of birth as per Aadhar Card.
• Verify that the details are accurate and submit. Incorrect details may lead to disqualification.

Step 3: Registration – Apply for the TCS BPS hiring process.

Scenario A: If you are a registered user,

• Log in and complete the application form.
• Upon submission, click on ‘Apply for Drive’.

Scenario B: If you are a new user,

• Click on Register Now, choose the category as ‘BPS’, and fill in your details.
• Submit your application form and click on ‘Apply for Drive’.

Important: Ensure that all details in the TCS Application Form are complete and accurate, including Academic Details, Internship, and Work Experience (if any).

Step 4: Select your mode of the test (In-Centre) and choose your preferred test center. Once chosen, click on Apply. Note that the test center selection cannot be changed later.

Step 5: To confirm your status, check ‘Track Your Application’. The status should reflect as ‘Applied for Drive’. This ensures that your application has been successfully submitted.
