TIFR Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection process will consist of:
- Written Test: Based on the relevant trade and technical acumen.
- Merit-based Assessment: Based on the aggregate ITI marks (60%) and the written test score (40%).
Final selection will be based on performance in the written test and the merit of ITI marks.

Apprenticeship Registration: Candidates are required to register on the apprenticeship portal https://apprenticeshipindia.org/login and bring the confirmation email when appearing for Walk-in Selection.

Documents to bring:
- Printout of Online Application Form with recent passport size photograph
- Copy of Apprentice Portal Registration Confirmation email
- Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Election Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving License)
- Date of Birth Certificate
- All Educational Certificates
- ITI Mark Sheet and National Trade Certificate
- Conduct certificates from two respectable persons
General Instructions:
- Candidates should only apply for the designated trade mentioned in the advertisement.
- Only fresh candidates will be considered for engagement.
- The engagement and training are temporary, and candidates will have no claim for permanent employment.
- Candidates who have already availed of apprenticeship training will not be considered.
- Selected candidates will appear for the All India Trade Test after completing the training period.
Important Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in-selection.
