Tata Communication Recruitment  Job Summary

Relevant experience:

  • Able to Handle & drive teams of engineers in METRO Cities environments & DATA centers
  • Experience in Managed services operations (Telecomm operation)
  • Basic Knowledge of Fibre operations
  • Should be familiar with DWDM Optical Communication
  • 0-1 year of telecom experience in Supporting Core DWDM & IP equipment
  • Experience in DWDM devices handover and Testing
  • Sound understanding of DWDM products, preferred experience on Ciena
  • Sound understanding of Telecom Technology & Services

Core Competencies:

  • 0-1 year of work experience with System Integration & Managed Services, Quality Audit, and AT
  • Having knowledge in areas of DWDM, FIBRE, OLT, ONT, Routers, catalyst Switches
  • Preventive Maintenance of Site for active elements
  • Transport of Spares when replacement is required
  • Execution of commands as per the NOC & remote guidance
  • Basic remote troubleshooting or onsite technical activities such as hardware replacement,
  • coordination with NOC, Vendors & Service providers
  • Show technical competency during Technical Escalation Management

    Note:- Bike is Mandatory for field operations
