Swiggy Recruitment 2023 Roles & Responsibility
- Follow the Opening & Closing checklist and ensure all necessary items are available.
- Manage and control Packaging Wastage in case of order cancellations.
- Follow the processes for goods received Note /Transfer Orders to move stock and maintain the records.
- Ensure basic hygiene is in place.
- In case of stock-outs, reach out to the CC teams through DEs to update and replace items to ensure the minimization of dispatch-related errors.
- Food Safety- Food Preparation and other related activities, from receiving to serving, are in compliance with food safety standard
- Ensure Order, Receiving, Storage, Preparation SOP is strictly followed.
- Extend Hands-on Support and guidance to fellow staff workers for a better work environment.
- Ensure each staff member is trained on Kitchen equipment operating procedures and preventive maintenance procedures to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
- Prep Time- Work towards continuous improvement for reducing prep time at the section.
- Food Quality- Ensure Food preparation and execution have adhered to Recipe and Process SOP
- Responsible for food items packaging, checking tags and add-ons to ensure delivery of expected items as per customer order.
- Conduct daily shelf-life checks for items like desserts and beverages for FIFO (First in First out to ensure minimum wastage.
- Conduct daily inventory checks for all necessary items such as Veg/ Non-veg stickers, packaging materials, gas cylinders, etc.
- Keep a record of the utility readings (Electricity/Diesel/Gas) and track them on a regular basis.
