Educational Qualification

• Mandatory: PGDM/PGDBM/MBA or its equivalent from a recognized university/college.
• Preferred: Specialization in Finance.

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or investor relations.
• At least 5 years of investor relations experience in BFSI.
• Familiarity with financial analysis, financial models, SEBI/RBI guidelines, and capital markets is preferred.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.

SBI Specialist Cadre Officer Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process will consist of the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and experience.
2. Interview:
   • Total Marks: 100
   • Qualifying Marks: Decided by the bank.
3. CTC Negotiation: Final selection will involve negotiation of the Cost to Company (CTC) with shortlisted candidates.
