• The upper age limit for General candidates is 42 years, for SC/ST candidates it is 47 years, and for OBC candidates, it is 45 years.

• Selection process: CBT, aptitude test (if applicable), Document Verification, and Medical Examination.

South Eastern Railway Recruitment 2024 Application Process

1. Applications must be registered online by filling in the required details through the provided link on the RRC/SER website at www.rrcser.co.in. Care should be taken to follow the steps and instructions outlined in Paragraph 9 of this notification.
2. The online application portal will be open from May 13, 2024, to June 12, 2024, until 23:59 hrs. Manual or hard copy submissions at RRC/GRC offices will not be accepted.
3. Candidates meeting eligibility criteria can apply for multiple categories by selecting relevant options in the online application form and indicating their preference for different categories.
4. If a candidate qualifies in more than one category, the post allotment will be based on merit and the candidate’s choice.
5. For assistance with online registration, candidates can use the “Contact Us” button on the application portal or contact cmrrcrailnet@qmail.com.
6. To avoid last-minute issues, candidates are advised to register well before the closing date, as heavy internet traffic may lead to difficulty accessing the website.
7. Corrections to the application can be made before final submission. After final submission, no editing is allowed.
8. The last date and time for online registration is June 12, 2024, at 23:59 hrs. The Railway Administration will not be responsible for any inability to register online within the specified timeframe.
