For Executive Cadre Employees:
- E-1: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 1,40,000
- E-2: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000
- E-3: Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 1,80,000
Executive cadre employees enjoy various benefits, including revised quarterly dearness allowance, perks at 35% of basic pay, annual 3% increments, contributory coal mines provident fund at 12%, coal mines pension, gratuity, SCCL executive pension scheme, accommodation with utilities, monthly LP gas cylinder, superannuation at 61, bonuses, medical and education facilities, recreational amenities, and leave encashment up to 60 days annually, along with a contributory post-retirement Medicare scheme.
Non-Executive Cadre Employees:
- Grade C: Rs. 47,330.25
