SAIL Bokaro Attendant Salary

• Salary – ₹25,070/-₹35,070/-
• Candidates selected for the post of Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee will be paid consolidated Pay of ₹ 12,900/-pm 1st year of training.
• ₹ 15,000/-pm during the 2nd year of training.

SAIL Recruitment 2023 Selection Process

The selection process will be based on a computer-based test.  CBT consists of MCQ with General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude for 90 Mins. There will be a 1/4th negative marking of the marks assigned to that question. Candidates shortlisted based on their score in CBT will be sent a communication to appear for the Skill/Trade Test. The minimum qualifying marks in the Online test

• Unreserved posts/EWS-  50%
• SC/ST/ OBC(NCL) / PwBD- 40%

Among those who qualify in the exam (CBT), candidates will be shortlisted for the Skill Test in the ratio of 1:3 category-wise in order of merit.

• Processing Fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental/ ESM candidates- RS 100/-
