SAIL Bokaro Attendant Salary
- Salary – ₹25,070/-₹35,070/-
- Candidates selected for the post of Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee will be paid consolidated Pay of ₹ 12,900/-pm 1st year of training.
- ₹ 15,000/-pm during the 2nd year of training.
SAIL Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
The selection process will be based on a computer-based test. CBT consists of MCQ with General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude for 90 Mins. There will be a 1/4th negative marking of the marks assigned to that question. Candidates shortlisted based on their score in CBT will be sent a communication to appear for the Skill/Trade Test. The minimum qualifying marks in the Online test
- Unreserved posts/EWS- 50%
- SC/ST/ OBC(NCL) / PwBD- 40%
Among those who qualify in the exam (CBT), candidates will be shortlisted for the Skill Test in the ratio of 1:3 category-wise in order of merit.

- Processing Fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental/ ESM candidates- RS 100/-
- SC/ ST/ PwBD/ ESM & Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of the Application fee.
