RITES Ltd Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

  1. Educational Qualification:
    • MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, or MHROD.
    • The degree must be AICTE/UGC recognized.
    • General Category/EWS candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying degree.
    • SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum 19 years of post-qualification experience in HR & Personnel Management.
    • Experience must be in HR strategy, recruitment, training & development, compliance with labor laws, employee relations, and general administration.
  3. Salary Requirements for Candidates from Different Sectors:
    • Government/PSU Candidates:
      • Must have 19 years of experience.
      • Must have served 2 years in IDA pay scale ₹90,000-2,40,000 OR CDA pay scale Level 13 (7th CPC).
    • Private Sector Candidates:
      • Must have 19 years of experience.
      • Must have annual CTC of at least ₹34.58 LPA on the last application date.

  1. Document Scrutiny & Verification:
    • Candidates must upload supporting documents during the online application process.
    • Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview after document verification.
  2. Interview (100% weightage):
    • Technical & Professional Proficiency – 65%
    • Personality, Communication & Competency – 35%
    • Minimum Qualifying Marks:
      • UR/EWS Candidates: 60%
      • SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD Candidates: 50%
  3. Medical Examination:
    • Selected candidates must clear a Medical Fitness Test as per RITES standards.
  4. Probation Period:
    • The appointment will be on probation for 1 year.
    • Candidates must clear a screening test for confirmation in service.
