RITES Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

1. GATE Score: Shortlisted candidates will be chosen based on their GATE results in the pertinent field.
2. Individual Interview: Those who made the shortlist will be contacted for an interview. The GATE score and performance in the interview will determine the ultimate choice.
3. Document Verification: To ensure authenticity, candidates are required to present actual certifications and documents.
4. Medical Examination: Lastly, a medical examination will be conducted on candidates to make sure they meet the physical requirements for the position.

RITES Recruitment 2024 Remuneration

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting Basic Pay: ₹40,000 per month.
• Additional Benefits: Candidates will receive Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) during the training period.

Post-Training Employment:

• Position: Assistant Manager.
• Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000.
• Additional Benefits:
  • Basic pay, DA, fixed/variable allowances, Performance Related Pay.
  • Medical facilities, HRA/Lease accommodation.
  • Superannuation benefits (Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Post Retirement Medical Scheme).
  • Leaves, Maternity/Paternity Leave, Accident/Death Insurance, Leave Encashment.
• Approximate Annual Emoluments: ₹14.27 LPA.

Service Agreement Bond:

• Bond Amount: ₹1,00,000 (GST extra) for General/OBC (NCL) candidates; ₹50,000 (GST extra) for SC/ST/PWD/EWS candidates.
• Bond Conditions: Candidates must complete the training and serve the company for at least three years. Resigning during the training or within three years post-training requires repayment of the bond amount.

  Eligibility Check: Ensure you meet the position’s requirements before applying.

  Application Process:

• Note the ‘Registration No.’ generated after submission for future reference.

  Identity Proof: Accurately provide and retain details of your “Identity Proof” as it will be needed later.

  Document Upload:

• Complete the application, upload required documents, and make the fee payment. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
• Print, sign, and retain a copy of the application form.

  Documents Required for Scrutiny (if called):

• Recent passport-sized photographs
• Proof of Date of Birth (High School Certificate)
• Academic & Professional certificates and marks statements
• Caste/EWS Certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of Identity & Address
• PAN Card
• Experience certificates (if applicable)
• PWD Certificate (if applicable)

  Proof of Experience & Salary: Upload proof of experience and last salary details; bring originals if interviewed.

  Caste Certificates:

• OBC-NCL candidates must provide a valid OBC-NCL certificate and declaration. The certificate should not be older than one year.
• EWS candidates need an Income and Asset Certificate as per the Government format.

  Submission of Certificates:

• OBC-NCL & EWS candidates can submit valid certificates at joining if not available at the application stage.
• Hard copies of documents should not be sent by post.

  Verification: Originals and self-attested copies must be presented at the selection process.

  Application Conditions:

• Only one application per vacancy is allowed.
• Ensure all details are accurate; any discrepancies will lead to rejection.
