RITES Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
1. GATE Score: Shortlisted candidates will be chosen based on their GATE results in the pertinent field.
2. Individual Interview: Those who made the shortlist will be contacted for an interview. The GATE score and performance in the interview will determine the ultimate choice.
3. Document Verification: To ensure authenticity, candidates are required to present actual certifications and documents.
4. Medical Examination: Lastly, a medical examination will be conducted on candidates to make sure they meet the physical requirements for the position.
RITES Recruitment 2024 Remuneration
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting Basic Pay: ₹40,000 per month.
- Additional Benefits: Candidates will receive Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) during the training period.
Post-Training Employment:
- Position: Assistant Manager.
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000.
- Additional Benefits:
- Basic pay, DA, fixed/variable allowances, Performance Related Pay.
- Medical facilities, HRA/Lease accommodation.
- Superannuation benefits (Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Post Retirement Medical Scheme).
- Leaves, Maternity/Paternity Leave, Accident/Death Insurance, Leave Encashment.
- Approximate Annual Emoluments: ₹14.27 LPA.
Service Agreement Bond:
- Bond Amount: ₹1,00,000 (GST extra) for General/OBC (NCL) candidates; ₹50,000 (GST extra) for SC/ST/PWD/EWS candidates.
- Bond Conditions: Candidates must complete the training and serve the company for at least three years. Resigning during the training or within three years post-training requires repayment of the bond amount.

Caste Certificates:
- OBC-NCL candidates must provide a valid OBC-NCL certificate and declaration. The certificate should not be older than one year.
- EWS candidates need an Income and Asset Certificate as per the Government format.
Submission of Certificates:
- OBC-NCL & EWS candidates can submit valid certificates at joining if not available at the application stage.
- Hard copies of documents should not be sent by post.
Verification: Originals and self-attested copies must be presented at the selection process.
