Candidates applying for the RFCL Non-Executive Recruitment 2024 must have completed their 10th standard and possess an ITI certificate in the respective trade.
For the RFCL Non-Executive Recruitment, candidates in the general category must be between 18 and 30 years old. Special category candidates will receive age relaxation.
The RFCL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process comprises the following stages:
RFCL offers competitive pay packages to selected candidates, with a minimum basic pay scale of Rs. 21,500-52,000/-. Additionally, candidates will receive industrial Dearness Allowance, Company Accommodation/House Rent Allowance, and various other benefits such as medical facilities, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Group Personal Accident Insurance, among others, as per Company rules. Performance Related Pay and Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme will also be provided as applicable.
The Application Fee for General, OBC, and EWS candidates is Rs.200/- plus applicable bank charges, payable online. SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Departmental candidates are exempt from paying any fee.
