Selection based on Computer Based Test/Personal Interview. Scrutiny of applications will be conducted, followed by provisional shortlisting for interview. If applications are numerous, a computer-based test may be held in Delhi-NCR and/or other cities for shortlisting.
Selected candidates for these posts will be awarded pay scale code E1, which includes basic pay along with Industrial Dearness Allowance, Company Accommodation/House Rent Allowance, and other benefits as specified in the notification. The salary ranges from ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 per month. Additionally, the annual CTC (Cost to the Company) is ₹12.99 Lakhs.
Candidates belonging to the UR, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred only), along with applicable bank charges.
