RCFL Apprenticeship Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

1. Merit List:
   • A merit list will be drawn based on the percentage secured in the required educational qualification.
   • For candidates with CGPA/CPI or grades, the equivalent percentage must be mentioned in the application as per university/institute norms.
   • If selected, a certificate confirming the equivalent percentage from the university/institute must be submitted at the time of reporting.
2. Document Verification:
   • Candidates from the merit list will be called for Document Verification.
3. Contract Approval:
   • After successful document verification and contract approval on the respective portal, candidates will be appointed as Apprentice Trainees.
   • Candidates must join on the contract approval date, or their candidature may be canceled.
4. Tie-Breaking:
   • In case of tie-in marks (even after considering decimal points), the candidate with the higher qualification or, if the qualifications are the same, the candidate with higher marks in the preceding educational qualification will be placed higher in the merit list.

RCFL Apprenticeship Recruitment 2024 Stipend

1. Stipend:
   • As per the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship notification (25.09.2019).
   • No additional benefits or allowances.
   • Medical facilities: OPD services in RCF Hospital for apprentices.
   • Transportation: Not provided by RCFL.
2. Stipend Per Month:
   • Technician (Vocational) Apprentice: ₹7,000
   • Technician Apprentice (Diploma holders): ₹8,000
   • Graduate Apprentice (Degree holders): ₹9,000
   • Note: For Technician and Graduate Apprentices, BOAT pays 50% of the stipend and RCF 50%.

Posting of Training

• Locations: Trombay – Mumbai and Thal – Raigad District.
• Choice of Posting: Candidates select their location during application; once chosen, it cannot be changed.

1. Visit the Official Website: Go to www.rcfltd.com.
2. Navigate to the Recruitment Section: Click on “RECRUITMENT” and then select “ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES – 2024-25.”
3. Read the Advertisement: View the full advertisement and carefully read all instructions, terms, and conditions before applying.
4. Accept Terms & Conditions: Click on “I Accept” and then click on “Apply Online” to fill out the application form.
5. Choose Posting Area: Select your preferred posting area from the dropdown menu (“Trombay” or “Thal”).
6. Prepare Documents: Upload a scanned copy of your passport-sized color photograph (in .jpg/.jpeg format, max 75 KB) and your signature (in .jpg/.jpeg format, max 25 KB).
7. Submit the Application: After filling out the application form, click on “SAVE/SUBMIT” to save or submit your data.
8. Generate Application Form: After submission, the application form will be generated.
9. Print the Application: Click on the “Print” button to print your application form. You will need to bring this printed form at the time of joining if shortlisted.

Note: Candidates are not required to send a printout of the application form.
