RCFL Apprenticeship Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• Merit list based on percentage marks in essential educational qualifications.
• Conversion of CGPA/CPI to equivalent percentage marks as per university norms.
• Candidates called for document verification from the merit list.
• Submission of a certificate from the university/institute confirming marks.
• Approval of apprenticeship contract on the respective portal after document verification.
• Appointment as Apprentice Trainee upon contract approval.
• Mandatory joining on contract approval date; failure may lead to candidature cancellation.
• Tie-breaker based on higher educational qualification or preceding qualification marks.

RCFL Apprenticeship Recruitment 2024 Stipend

1. Stipend as per the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship notification dated 25.09.2019 applies.
2. Apprentice Trainees receive a consolidated stipend without additional benefits or allowances.
3. Medical Facility provided on an OPD basis at RCF Hospital for trainees themselves.
4. No transportation assistance was provided by Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited.

Stipend per month:

• Rs. 7000/- for Technician (vocational) apprentice or Vocational Certificate holders or Sandwich Course students (from Diploma Institutions).
• Rs. 8000/- for Technician apprentices, diploma holders in any stream, or Sandwich Course students (from degree institutions).
• Rs. 9000/- for Graduate apprentices or degree holders in any stream.

Note: 50% of the stipend for Sr. No (ii) & (iii) is paid by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), and

50% by RCF Limited.

3. View full Advertisement Details, and carefully read the instructions, terms & conditions.
4. Click “I Accept” and then “Apply Online” to access the Application Form.
5. Keep scanned passport-size photo (max 75 KB) and signature (max 25 KB) ready in jpg/.jpeg format.
6. Fill out the Application Form and click “SAVE/SUBMIT” after completion.
7. Once submitted, a generated Application form will appear.
8. Click “Print” to save the Application form for future reference (if shortlisted).
