- Monthly Payment:
- Each intern will receive ₹500 per month from the company’s CSR funds, based on attendance and conduct policies.
- Government Contribution:
- After the company’s payment, the government will transfer an additional ₹4,500 directly to the intern’s Aadhaar-linked bank account through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme.
- Joining Grant:
- A one-time joining grant of ₹6,000 will be provided by the government to each intern upon joining their internship, also through the DBT system.
