OLA Internship 2023 Roles and Responsibility

• Understand the specifications and features of the OLA EV scooter and resolve customer technical queries
• interface with customers to understand the queries and effectively resolve the queries using a decision tree
• Work on the CRM tool
• Learn new features and apply them in daily work
