ITI Fitter	Xth Pass+ Full-time regular ITI course (approved by NCVT/ SCVT) in Fitter trade.
ITI Electrician	Xth Pass+ Full-time regular ITI course (approved by NCVT/ SCVT) in Electrician trade.
ITI Instrument Mechanic	Xth Pass+ Full-time regular ITI course (approved by NCVT/ SCVT) in Instrument Mechanic trade.
Asst Material/ (Storekeeper) Trainee	NCTVT in storekeeping + English Typing 30 words per minute/ 150 keystrokes per minute Or Xth Pass + Full-time regular ITI course (approved by NCVT/ SCVT) in (Fitter/ Electrician/ Electronics/ Instrument Mechanic) + English Typing 30 words per minute/ 150 keystrokes per minute. NTPC Recruitment Salary

• Diploma Trainee: Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of two years at any of the NTPC project’s EDC/ RLI during which they will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 24,000/- per month. On successful completion of training these candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of W7 Grade.
• Artisan Trainee/ Asst Material/ Storekeeper Trainee: Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of two years at any of the NTPC project’s EDC/ RLI during which they will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 21,500/- per month. On successful completion of training these candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of W3 Grade.
