NSPCL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection of applicants for the Diploma Trainee and Lab Assistant Trainee posts announced by NTPC SAIL Power Company Limited will be done based on the following stages:

NSPCL Recruitment 2024 Salary
Those selected for NSPCL’s Diploma Trainee and Lab Assistant Trainee positions will need to finish a year-long training program at multiple projects throughout the company. They would be paid a fixed monthly amount of Rs. 24,000 for this training. The learners would be placed on a compensation schedule that begins at Rs. 24,000 and increases by 3% year after successfully completing the course.
