  • The educational qualification varies as per the post of the candidate. The candidates should possess an HSC/ SSC/ ITI/ B.Sc./ or diploma from any recognised university or institution with relevant work experience.

NPCIL Salary

Stipend Trainee Cat – II
  • During 1st year of training, a Stipend of Rs. 20,000/- per month
  • During 2nd year of training, a Stipend of Rs. 22,000/- per month.
Stipend Trainee Cat – I
  • During 1st year of training, a Stipend of Rs. 24,000/- per month
  • During 2nd year of training, a Stipend of Rs. 26,000/- per month.
Scientific Assistant – C
  • Pay Matrix of Rs. 44,900/- (Level 7).
Assistant Grade – 1
  • Pay Matrix of Rs. 25,500/- (Level 4).

NPCIL Age Limit

  • The minimum and maximum age of the candidate should be between 18 and 35 years. However, relaxation of age will be given to reserved category candidates.

NPCIL Recruitment 2023 Selection Process

The recruitment authority will select the candidates for NPCIL Recruitment 2023 based on their performance in the following phases:

  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination.
