The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) is an Indian public sector undertaking based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, fully owned by the Government of India. It is responsible for generating electricity from nuclear power and is administered by the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE). NPCIL was established in September 1987 under the Companies Act 1956 to design, construct, operate, and maintain atomic power stations as per the Government of India’s schemes and programs under the Atomic Energy Act 1962. All nuclear power plants operated by NPCIL are certified for ISO-14001 (Environment Management System).
NPCIL welcomes online applications for 74 positions at the Narora Atomic Power Station in Uttar Pradesh, including Category-I and II Stipendiary Trainees, an X-ray technician, and a Nurse-A.
