• Work on the end-to-end process of recruitment
• Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, headhunting, and networking
• Understand NoBroker requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client’s requirement
• Engage candidates in strategically positioning job opportunities and counsel candidates to assist them in taking the right decision
