• Educational Qualifications:
  • 12th Class or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
  • Typing skills in English @35 WPM or Hindi @30 WPM, which corresponds to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH.

1. Stage I: Written Test (Objective Type Test)
   • Total Marks: 100
   • Duration: 2 hours
   • Syllabus:
     • Part I: Proficiency in Computer Operation (20 marks)
     • Part II: General Intelligence and Reasoning (20 marks)
     • Part III: General Awareness (20 marks)
     • Part IV: English Language and Comprehension (20 marks)
     • Part V: Quantitative Aptitude (20 marks)
2. Stage II: Skill Test
   • Typing Test on Computer:
     • English Typing: 35 WPM (10500 KDPH)
     • Hindi Typing: 30 WPM (9000 KDPH)
   • This is a qualifying test.
