• Required Qualifications: Postgraduate in Social Sciences or related fields from a recognized university.
• Desirable Qualifications: Field survey experience, especially among vulnerable populations and/or in the context of HIV/AIDS, fluency in a regional language, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English.

Project Technician III (Laboratory Technician):

• Required Qualifications: 12th-grade science pass with a two-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), or one-year DMLT with one year of experience in a recognized institution.
• Desirable Qualifications: Prior experience and knowledge in HIV/AIDS-related work.
