The upper age limit is 30 years, with relaxations of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer), 10 years for PwBD-General, 13 years for PwBD-OBC, and 15 years for PwBD-SC/ST candidates.
a) Selection Process: Based on GATE 2023 marks, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.
b) Eligibility: Qualified and secured a valid GATE 2023 score.
c) Shortlisting: Candidates selected for GD & PI based on GATE 2023 marks.
d) Procedure: Submit consent form for GD/PI; non-compliance leads to candidature cancellation.
e) Weightage: GATE 2023 Marks – 75%, GD & PI combined score – 25%. No cutoff for GD. A psychometric Assessment may be conducted.
The company offers an attractive compensation package including Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, HRA, Cafeteria Allowance, PRP, Medical Facility, and Social Security Benefits. Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of 50,000 – 1,60,000 (IDA) (E2) during the one-year training period. Upon successful completion, candidates will be absorbed as Engineers/Officers with a probation period of one year. Total annual emoluments for new joiners are approximately Rs. 15 Lakh.
Selected candidates must sign a service agreement and surety bond committing to a minimum of four years of service in the company, including training. The bond amount is Rs. 4,00,000/- plus applicable GST for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates and Rs. 2,00,000/- plus applicable GST for SC/ST/PWBD candidates.
