Educational Qualification & Experience
• Engineer (RE-Civil): B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 3 years of experience in Geotech/piling/foundation/structural steel/tower structures/switch yard.
• Engineer (RE-Electrical): B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 3 years of experience in switchyard/electrical testing/transmission system/transformers/design.
• Engineer (RE-Mechanical): B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 3 years of experience in supervision/execution. M.E/M.Tech preferred.
• Executive (RE-HR): Graduate + 2-year PG Degree/Diploma in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management/MBA (HR)/MHROD/MSW with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 3 years of experience in HR functions.
• Executive (RE-Finance): Qualified CA/CMA with 1 year post-qualification experience.
• Engineer (RE-Contract & Material): B.E/B.Tech in any stream + PG Diploma in Material Management/Supply Chain Management/MBA/PGDBM OR M.E/M.Tech in Renewable Energy with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 1 year experience in Renewable Energy Industry.
Age Limit (As on 01 May 2025)
• Maximum Age: 30 years
• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
• OBC: 3 years relaxation
• PwBD: 10 years relaxation
• Domiciled in J&K (1980-1989): 5 years
• Ex-Servicemen: As per government guidelines
Selection will be based on Computer-Based Test (CBT), Experience, and Interview.
• CBT Test: 70 Marks (Minimum Qualifying Marks: UR – 60%, Reserved – 50%)
• Experience: 10 Marks (Minimum Qualifying Marks: UR – 50%, Reserved – 50%)
• Interview: 20 Marks (Minimum Qualifying Marks: UR – 50%, Reserved – 45%)
• Total: 100 Marks
Additional Details:
• The CBT will be bilingual (English & Hindi) and cover Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge & Technical Skills.
• CBT will be conducted in multiple cities (Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Vishakhapatnam, Gandhinagar, Lucknow, Jaipur, Bhopal & Raipur).
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• Experience will be scored: 5 marks for minimum experience and 1 mark per additional year (up to 10 marks).
• Final merit list will be prepared based on cumulative scores.
• Medical Examination at a government hospital is required before joining.
• Rs. 11 LPA (Lakhs per annum)
