NFL Recruitment 2024 Salary

the salary structure for Management Trainees (MT) at National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) as per the NFL MT Recruitment 2024:

• During Training:
  • Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000-3%-1,40,000/-
  • Basic Pay: Rs. 40,000/- per month
• After Training (On Regularization as Officers):
  • Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000-3%-1,40,000/-
  • Basic Pay: Rs. 41,200/- per month

Upon successful completion of the training period and meeting minimum standards, MTs will be regularized as Officers with a revised basic pay of Rs. 41,200/- per month. They will also receive a range of perks and allowances as per company guidelines.

NFL Recruitment 2024 Application Fee

Candidates applying for NFL MT Recruitment 2024 are required to pay the following application fees:

General/ OBC/ EWS: Rs. 700/- plus applicable Bank Charges
SC/ ST/ PWD/ ESM/ Departmental Candidates: NIL (No fee)

4. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete online applications will be rejected without further consideration.
