NEEPCO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The selection process shall consist of Scrutiny of Online applications & Online Personal Interviews of shortlisted
candidates as decided by the Management.

• Updates will be posted on www.neepco.co.in in the career section.
• Call letters will be available for download in PDF format on the Online Recruitment Portal. Notifications will also be sent via SMS or email.
• For Executive Trainee (Electrical / Mechanical), candidates must have qualified GATE-2024. For Executive Trainee (Human Resources), qualification in UGC-NET (December 2023) in specified disciplines is required.
• NEEPCO reserves the right to set eligibility criteria, cut-off marks, and the selection process based on the number of applications received.
• Offer of Appointment will be issued based on merit and organizational requirements.
• In case of tie-in marks, preference will be given to the candidate with the older date of birth.

NEEPCO Recruitment 2024 Placement

Selected candidates will undergo one year of training at various locations at NEEPCO. They may be assigned to projects, stations, or offices nationwide. By applying, candidates consent to potential postings anywhere in India. Upon successful training completion, they will be placed in E-3 Grade.

NEEPCO Recruitment 2024 Service Agreement Bond

The selected candidate must sign a non-transferable Service Agreement and Surety Bond on Non-Judicial Stamp Papers. For General/EWS candidates, the bond amount would not exceed Rs 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two lakh fifty thousand only), however, for SC/ST candidates, it will be up to Rs 1,25,000/-. This bond guarantees their commitment to serve NEEPCO for at least 5 years, including the training term, upon regularization of appointment.
