About NBCC

NBCC (India) Limited, formerly known as the National Buildings Construction Corporation, is a public sector undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. The company operates in three main segments: project management consultancy (PMC), including redevelopment of government properties; engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC); and real estate development.

In November 2018, NBCC acquired a 100% stake in the Mini Ratna hospital consultancy firm Hospital Services Consultancy Corporation Limited (HSCC) from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. NBCC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The selection process for NBCC Recruitment 2024 includes:

• Computer-Based Test (CBT): Candidates will take a CBT covering relevant topics related to the applied position, such as quantitative and qualitative analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and industry-specific knowledge.
• Personal Interview: Selected candidates from the CBT will undergo a personal interview to assess their suitability for the position.

NBCC Recruitment 2024 Salary

For Management Trainee (Law) Post

• Placement: Selected candidates undergo one-year on-the-job training. Upon completion, they’re confirmed as Assistant Manager (Law) at E-1 level with a salary of Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-, subject to performance criteria.
• Remuneration: During probation, receive Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Perks & Allowances. Upon confirmation, additional benefits like Performance Related Pay (PRP) are provided.
• Surety Bond: Candidates must commit to serving the Company for at least 3 years or pay Rs. 3,00,000/- as liquidated damages if resigning early.

For Other Posts:

• Selected candidates receive Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Perks & Allowances, along with Performance Related Pay (PRP)/PLI as applicable.
• Additional benefits include CPF, Medical facility, Gratuity, and Leave encashment as per Company rules.
