Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/- during the one-year training period, with a starting basic pay of Rs. 40,000/-. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Managers at E1 grade in the pay scale of Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/- with additional increments. Additionally, employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance, HRA, medical facilities, performance-related pay, and superannuation benefits as per Company rules.
