NABARD Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- MBBS degree in the allopathic system of medicine from any university recognized by the Medical Council of India.
- A postgraduate degree in General Medicine is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Medical Practitioner in any hospital or clinic.
Other Requirements:
- The applicant should have their own dispensary or residence within 3-5 km radius from the bank’s premises.
- Candidates must be willing to work on a fixed hourly remuneration basis.
NABARD Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted and called for an interview. Selection will be based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
- Medical Fitness: Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo medical tests and submit a Medical Fitness Certificate before final engagement.
NABARD Recruitment 2025 Salary & Remuneration
- Remuneration:
- Rs. 1000 per hour for the first three years of service.
- After three years, remuneration will increase to Rs. 1200 per hour.
- Monthly Conveyance: A sum of Rs. 1000 per month may be treated as conveyance expenses.
- Duration: The contract is for a period of five years, which may be extended based on performance. Engagement may continue up to 70 years with annual reviews thereafter.
