About MOIL

MOIL Limited, formerly known as Manganese Ore India Limited, is a Schedule ‘A’ Miniratna category-I PSU under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India. It is the largest Manganese ore producer in the country, operating eleven mines in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. MOIL has also established a plant for producing Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide (EMD), used in manufacturing dry battery cells, and a Ferro Manganese plant with a capacity of 12,000 metric tonnes per annum. With a consistent track record of profitability, MOIL aims to expand its production capacity to 3.0 million tonnes by 2030 through increased production in existing mines and the opening of new ones.

Management Trainee (Finance & Accounts)	CA/ICWA/CMA from a recognized Institute.
Manager	A Graduate degree from a recognized university/institute with 60% marks. Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying/Civil Engineering or equivalent with 60% marks. Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted). Minimum 2 years experience in underground mining surveying, with 1 year in the immediate lower scale. OR Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying/Civil Engineering or equivalent with 60% marks, along with Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted). Minimum 4 years experience in underground mining surveying, with 2 years in the immediate lower scale. For private sector candidates, the CTC should be a minimum of Rs. 9.10 lakh per annum.

MOIL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

Upper age limits as of 21.03.2024 are:

• 30 years for Graduate Trainees/Management Trainees.
• 35 years for the Manager (Survey) position for General(UR) & EWS candidates.

Age relaxations are:

• 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer).
• 5 years for SC/ST.
• For Persons with Benchmark Disabilities:

• 10 years for General(UR).
• 13 years for OBC(NCL).
• 15 years for SC/ST.

• Ex-Servicemen category candidates have service rendered in the Armed forces plus 3 years.

Note: The upper age limit is relaxed, but the maximum age on the crucial date, i.e., 21/03/2024, should not exceed 53 years.

MOIL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• Computer-based Online Test.
• Personal Interview.
• Documents Verification (DV).

1)The duration of the Computer Based Online Test is 90 minutes, with all questions in one sitting.

2)It consists of Objective Type questions (MCQ) with a total of 85 marks.

3) The question breakup is as follows:

• General Knowledge: 10 marks
• Reasoning: 10 marks
• General English: 10 marks
• Subject Knowledge: 55 marks

4) General Knowledge, Reasoning, and General English make up Segment I, while Subject Knowledge forms Segment II.

5) The question paper is available in both Hindi and English.

6)In case of any error in the Hindi version, the English version of the question will be considered valid and final.

MOIL Recruitment 2024 Salary

• Selected candidates will be placed as Graduate Trainee/Management Trainee in E-2 Grade.
• The initial pay scale is Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- with a basic salary of Rs. 50,000/- per month during training.
• After 1 year of successful training, candidates will be regularized in E-2 Grade.
• Manager(Survey) post candidates will also be placed in E-2 grade.
• Besides basic pay, candidates will receive Dearness Allowance, HRA, and other allowances.
• Additional benefits include Leave, Free Medical Attention, a Contributory Provident Fund, a Family Pension, Insurance-Linked Gratuity, and more.
• Actual remuneration may vary based on the place of posting, the company’s financial performance, and individual performance rating.
