  • A Customer Service Executive will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their queries.
  • This role is mainly focused to help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and processing returns.
