Eligibility Criteria: KTCL Recruitment 2023

1. Assistant Traffic Inspector:

• A graduate degree.

Desirable:

• Possession of a Heavy Motor Vehicle License.
• Two years of experience in reputable Transport Management.

2. Assistant Store Keeper:

• A graduate with 4 to 5 years of experience handling Mechanical Stores in a reputed firm or company.

3. Security Assistant:

• Middle School Certificate.
• 5 to 10 years of experience working in the Armed Forces with the rank of Nayak or equivalent.

4. Assistant Data Entry Operator:

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or Diploma in any stream.
• Computer Certificate from a recognized institution for a minimum period of three months.

5. Conductor:

• SSC or equivalent qualification.
• Conductor License and Badge issued by the Directorate of Transport, Government of Goa.

6. Heavy Vehicle Driver:

• Passed VIII Std.
• Possession of a Heavy Motor Vehicle License.
• A P.S.U. Badge.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in driving Heavy Vehicles.
• Height of 158 cm.

Note: Proficiency in English, Hindi, Konkani, and Marathi is a prerequisite for all applicants. Preference will be given to Heavy Vehicle Drivers who also hold a Conductor License.

Selection Process – KTCL Recruitment 2023

• The selection process will be based on an interview.

Documents Required

4. Valid Employment Registration Card
5. 15 years Residence Certificate in Goa issued by the Competent Authority (duly self-attested)
6. Valid Category Certificate issued by the Competent Authority
7. An undertaking by the candidate stating that they have not received any financial assistance from the Government under any unemployment or business start-up scheme.
8. One Passport-size photograph to be affixed to the application form.

• For candidates applying for the position of Heavy Vehicle Driver.
• Document verification and a physical efficiency test (Height) will be conducted on November 9, 2023, starting at 10:00 a.m. at Central Workshop, Porvorim.
