• Acquiring New Clients (New to Bank – NTB) by leveraging external individual efforts for the bank’s Current Account and Savings Account products. Target customers include individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporations.
• Achieving Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, and Cost Efficiency by strictly adhering to product offerings, streamlined processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Providing personalized support to acquired customers during the initial 3-month period to enhance relationship values before transitioning them to the Branch Banking team.
• Ensuring the maintenance of Average Quarterly Balance.
• Organizing regular promotional and customer events to foster engagement and generate leads.
• ·Implementing cross-selling strategies for Mutual Funds, Gold, Insurance, and other asset products.

Kotak  Mahindra Job Requirement

• Fresher or Graduate with appropriate experience (at least 1 year experience in liabilities sales preferred)
• Hard-core sales mentality. Primary motivation from the achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
• Should be well groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities.
