JKSSB Recruitment 2025

Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) is hiring for the position of Driver, Home Department in Forensic Science. The education qualification is as per the indent (refer to Annexure-A). The age limit is between 18 to 43 years, with age relaxation as per government rules. There are 23 vacancies available, though this number may vary. The application start date is 5th February 2025, and the application end date is 6th March 2025. The application fee is Rs. 600 for General candidates and Rs. 500 for SC/ST/PWD/EWS candidates.   • The candidate should be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir and must possess a valid domicile certificate by the cut-off date.
• Age Limit:
  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 43 years
  • Age relaxation as per the applicable rules for reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, etc.).

The selection process will consist of:

1. Written Test / Computer-Based Test (CBT): To assess the candidates’ knowledge and skills.
2. Document Verification: Candidates who qualify for the written test will have to present the original certificates for verification.
3. Final Merit List: Based on the performance in the written test and document verification.
