Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
- M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc (Engg.) in relevant fields like Microelectronics, Thermal Science, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, etc.
- Must have strong academic performance in the relevant field.
Research Associate – I (RA-I):
- Ph.D. or M.E/M.Tech in areas like Microwave, RF, Radar, Materials Science, etc., with 3 years of research experience.
- At least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
ISRO URSC Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Initial Screening: Based on academic qualifications and details provided in the application.
- Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview via email.
- Final Results: Announced on the ISRO website after the interview.
