About IRDAI

The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) is a statutory body under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. It is tasked with regulating and licensing the insurance and re-insurance industries in India. It was constituted by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999, an Act of Parliament passed by the Government of India. The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) has issued the IRDAI Assistant Manager 2024 Notification for Grade A positions. Eligible candidates will be selected and assigned to IRDAI branch offices as part of the recruiting effort. The selection process will include preliminary exams, main exams, and an interview. The minimum age limit required for the post of Grade A Assistant Manager is from 21 to 30 years as of 20/09/2024. Age relaxation is provided as per government rules.

IRDAI Recruitment 2024 salary

IRDAI Assistant Manager Salary ranges from Rs. 44,500 to Rs. 89,150/- per month. The wage package includes a basic monthly salary of Rs. 44,500, as well as a dearness allowance (DA), housing rent allowance (HRA), and other benefits. The DA is updated quarterly depending on the Consumer Price Index (CPI), and it is currently at 17 percent.The IRDAI Assistant Manager’s gross monthly salary is Rs. 1,46,000/-.

IRDAI Recruitment 2024 How to Application Process

  2. New Registration:
    • Click on “Click here for New Registration” to start the application process.
    • Enter your basic information as instructed.
  3. Provisional Registration:
    • The system will generate a provisional registration number and password, displayed on the screen.
    • Note down the provisional registration number and password. This information will also be sent to your registered email.
    • You can use this number and password to reopen the saved data and edit particulars if needed (basic information cannot be edited once saved).
  4. Saving the Application:
    • If you are unable to complete the application in one go, save your entered data by clicking on the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab.
    • Before submitting the application, use the “SAVE AND NEXT” feature to review and modify details if necessary.
    • Visually Impaired candidates should ensure all details are correct before final submission.
  5. Completing the Registration:
    • Fill in the required details carefully and click on the “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” button.
    • Before finalizing, review all fields, as no changes can be made after clicking “COMPLETE REGISTRATION.”
    • IRDAI will not be responsible for any errors in the application, so double-check all information.
  6. Name Details:
    • Ensure that your name and your Father’s/Husband’s name are spelled correctly as per your certificates/identity proof. Any discrepancies may lead to disqualification.
  7. Validate and Save:
    • Validate your details and save your application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next’ button.
  8. Upload Documents:
    • Upload your photograph and signature as per the given specifications in the guidelines for scanning and uploading documents.
  9. Complete the Application:
    • Fill in the remaining details in the application form.
    • Click on the ‘Preview’ tab to review your entire application before submitting.
    • Make any necessary modifications and click ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION’ only after ensuring all details are correct.
  10. Payment:
    • Proceed to the ‘Payment’ tab to complete the fee payment.
  11. Final Submission:
    • After completing the payment, click on the ‘Submit’ button to finish the application process.
    • Registration is provisional at this stage.
