IPR Recruitment 2024 Job Description

The selected individuals will be responsible for supporting normal activities in a variety of departments, including Administration, Accounts, Purchase & Stores, Library, Safety, and Civil Maintenance. The job demands working knowledge of computers (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.) as well as the ability to conduct ordinary correspondence in Hindi/English.

IPR Recruitment 2024 Period of Engagement

These posts are purely temporary for two years and may be extended for one year or a part thereof, depending on the institute’s work requirements and the candidate’s performance.

IPR Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

Selection Process: Online applications will be scrutinized based on criteria such as age, educational qualifications, category certificates, and fee receipts. Only valid applications will be considered for further processing. Selection will be based solely on the merit of marks obtained in the written examination conducted by the Institute.

Written Examination: The examination will consist of Objective and Descriptive questions.

  4. Computer & Reasoning
• Descriptive Type: Includes questions related to writing, correspondence skills, and translation in Hindi/English.

A merit list based on the written test marks will be prepared and will be valid for one year from the date of publishing the results. Candidates may be called to join during this period as required by the institute.

The remuneration for the position is ₹18,000 per month plus HRA.
