- Essential Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum two years of executive experience in Mechanical Engineering discipline in an Industrial/Commercial/Government undertaking.

- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years (15 years for SC/ST, 13 years for OBC)
