IOCL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. Technician Apprentices: 3-year Diploma in relevant fields (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.).
2. Trade Apprentices: ITI qualification in respective trades.
3. Graduate Apprentices: Full-time Graduate Degree (BA, B. Com, B.Sc, BBA) with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
4. Data Entry Operator (Fresher): Class 12th pass (below graduate level).
5. Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders): Class 12th pass + Skill Certificate in Domestic Data Entry Operator.

Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 24 years (As of 31 January 2025)
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: +5 years
  • OBC-NCL: +3 years
  • PwBD: +10 years (additional relaxation for SC/ST/OBC)

IOCL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

• Merit-Based Selection: No written test or interview.
• Shortlisting: Based on marks obtained in essential qualifications.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present original documents.
• Medical Fitness Test: Candidates must pass a pre-engagement medical fitness test.

• Monthly stipend as per Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprentices Rules 1992/2019.
