Indian Air Force (IAF) Agniveer Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Below are the eligibility criteria that candidates must meet in order to apply for the Agniveer Vayu Recruitment:
Marital Status:
- Only unmarried male and female Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
Educational Qualification:
- For Science Subjects:
- 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and English with at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR - A three-year diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Computer Science, etc.) with at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR - Two years of Vocational Course with Physics and Maths with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
- 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and English with at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
- For Other Than Science Subjects:
- 10+2 with any subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR - Two years of vocational course with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
- 10+2 with any subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
Age Limit:
- Candidates must be born between 2nd January 2004 and 2nd July 2007 (both days inclusive).
- The upper age limit must not exceed 23 years as of the date of enrolment.

The selection process for Agniveer Airforce Recruitment 2025 includes the following stages:
- Written Examination
- CASB Test
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
- Adaptability Tests I & II
- Medical Examination
Physical Fitness Test (PFT) includes:
- PFT I: 1.6 km run (Male: 7 minutes, Female: 8 minutes)
- PFT II:
- Male: 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups, 20 Squats in 1 minute each.
- Female: 10 sit-ups and 15 squats in 1 minute each.

Indian Air Force (IAF) Agniveer Online Application Process
To apply online, candidates must log in to https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in and submit the required documents as part of the registration process. The documents to be uploaded include:
- Class 10th/Matriculation Passing Certificate
- Domicile Certificate (or COAFP Certificate as mentioned in Para 8)
- Marks Sheet of Intermediate/10+2 or Equivalent
OR- 3-Year Engineering Diploma Final Year Marks Sheet (if applying on the basis of a 3-year Engineering Diploma from a recognized polytechnic in the prescribed stream), and
- Intermediate/Matriculation Marks Sheet (if English is not a subject in the Diploma course). OR
- 2-Year Vocational Course Marks Sheets (with subjects in English, Physics, and Mathematics from a non-vocational course).
- Higher Education Qualifications or Additional Skill Certificates (if applicable).
- Recent passport-size photograph (taken after November 2024, size 10 KB to 50 KB, in a light background without face mask or headgear, except for Sikhs). The candidate must hold a black slate in front of the chest with the name and date of the photograph written in capital letters using white chalk. A change in appearance, such as a beard or headgear, in comparison to the photograph, may result in the cancellation of the candidature for the STAR online examination and Phase-II.
- Candidate’s Left Hand Thumb Impression Image (size 10 KB to 50 KB).
- Candidate’s Signature Image (size 10 KB to 50 KB).
- Parent/Guardian’s Signature Image (if the candidate is under 18 years old on the date of filling the application).
