  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA). MBA (Finance)/CFA preferred.
  • Experience: 22 years in officer cadre, including 5 years in senior management.
• General Manager (Company Secretary):
  • Qualification: Qualified CS. LL.B./CA/ICWA preferred.
  • Experience: 22 years, with SEBI or RBI compliance expertise.

• Psychometric Assessment: 20% weightage
• Technical Interview: 40% weightage
• Behavioral Interview: 40% weightage
